Details:	SUMMARY: Violation correction DETAILS: 7/1/09 Contacted Paul to discuss a site visit for 7/20/09 and required nitrate test 2/2/10 - Left message for Paul. 2/16/10 - Spoke with Paul regarding all required water testing. Drafted and sent letter detailing all water sampling requirements. 3/8/10 - Paul contacted me by phone. We discussed accredited labs for arsenic testing. 4/5/10 - Nitrate and arsenic tests verified on state website. ACTION NEEDED: Violations have been corrected.
