| Details: | SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Phoned Jeff, superintendent and person responsible for routine sampling and after verifying only one source is in use and UV is used for disinfection, explained requirements to draw 4 repeat samples ASAP, one from same tap used last week, one from other building and last 2 samples anywhere past the entry point. Draw a source water sample from the tap at the well house. Call health dept if any of the above show presence of bacteria to discuss additional follow up. In May, draw 5 temporary routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Jeff will sample today or at latest tomorrow and let me know if any bacteria is found present. 5 samples will be drawn next month. | ||
