| Details: | SUMMARY: Field Consultation for Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Made field visit to operator on 2/12/10 to follow up and discuss content and purpose of ERP. Gave paper copy to operator and discussed what is required for the ERP and why the information is needed. Also gave them information on where the electronic form can be found online. Further discussed time frame for completing the plan and where the completion form needs to be sent after the plan is finished ACTION NEEDED: Operator to complete ERP and mail form to state. County health department to follow up with verification of completion on or before 120 day expiration period. | ||
