| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: Received alert 3/1/10. All 4 repeat samples came back positive. Spoke with Lee & Phil on 3/1 and 3/8/10. Quinns Plumbing has taken over routine care of the system and will shock chlorinate on 3/2/10. System was shocked and 5 routine samples were taken, all came back negative on 3/18/10 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor as needed. | ||
