| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 2/2/10 DETAILS: 2-5-10 Called Fred Bolton system engineer about the total coliform positive. I also contacted Gregg Baird from the state about source sampling requirements. I let Fred know they would need to do 3 repeat distribution samples since the system takes 2 routine samples per month. They also will need source samples for each of the 4 entry points on the system. I left a message for Andy indicating this as well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if needed. | ||
