| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: David called with questions about the ERP. I left a copy of the plan with Jim Burton when I did the survey in March. David said he never got it. He didnt understand why he would need to fill one out. I explained that all systems are required to fill out the plan. I explained some of the sections to him on the phone. I told him I would mail him another copy and after he looks at it if he has questions to give me a call and we could discuss it.
