| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Park had two wells but only sampled one source EP-A. Thought EP-B was emergency and not required to sample. Sample was taken and entered into state database. Back in compliance. Advised the contact to put back flow devices on each of the distribution lines going from the wells. Wells serve a couple dwellings as well as the park. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
