| Details: | SUMMARY: Source water testing DETAILS: Site visit to system on 1/20/10 to discuss source water testing at the facility. Bill & Anita talked to Shawn Stevenson at the Springfield office that they did not need to do the source water testing. The site visit found that the well is on an adjacent leased property that is being used as a self storage facility and there was no sample tap at the well, although there may have been one at one time. The operators and I discussed the need to install a sample tap at the well before treatment to get the source water samples. They are able to access the well since the self store facility has an on duty manager. Phone call on 1/29/10 to facility and talked to Anita to follow up on source water testing. The operator stated they would do the monthly coliform tests for one year. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly source water testing for 1 year. | ||
