| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Water testing DETAILS: Phone call on 2/25/10 to facility and talked to Anita, owner. Due to monthly source water testing the facility sent a letter to the state saying they would disconnect the chlorinator. I told them they would need to still do monthly testing for one year as discussed with Shawn Stevenson at the Springfield office. The owner stated they would do the monthly coliform tests for one year. We also discussed the need to install a sample tap at the source. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly source water testing for 1 year | ||
