| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Contact by phone with Matthew Moore on 3/16/10 about positive coliform samples 3/3/10. Mr. Moore stated they have shocked the well and the positive results appear to only be coming from the samples taken at the well head from the sample tap. We discussed making sure when they shock the well they run the chlorinated water through the sample tap as well as the distribution system. Mr. Moore stated he had not opened the well sample tap after shocking the well, and he would take the faucet off to clean and sanitize before taking additional samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine coliform samples in April. | ||
