| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Contact was made by phone with Matt on 3/16/10 about high nitrate , 13.2ppm on 3/3/10. Mr. Moore stated they have received an extension to correct the problem from the state until August 2010. Facility is talking with City of Wilsonville about their solids application from the waste water treatment plant as fertilizer to the adjacent field. According to Mr. Moore they are supposed to apply the solids at least 150 feet from a well and it is being applied about 125ft away. City of Wilsonville is taking soil and water tests and may help with treatment for the nitrate problem. Facility is looking into a Reverse Osmosis unit ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate test second quarter of 2010 | ||
