| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Firm has had two annual samples over 5 MCL. After discussion with Bill Goss with the state, it was decided to place the system on a quarterly sample till the end of the year to see how each seasons nitrate level compares. This information will help determine if there is concern with the fluctuating level of nitrates. ACTION NEEDED: Firm was placed on quarterly nitrate samples, a change form was filled out and sent to Bill Goss. | ||
