She had just taken a nitrate test 3/22/10 with a result of 3.5ppm and agreed to take 3 more quarterly tests for this year. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly nitrate for 1 year. 1st quarter done, need 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarter. | ||
