| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring violation DETAILS: Received call from Lorretta Hale, 503-755-2284, daughter-in-law of operator regarding state notice of non compliance of testing. Operator and Lorretta unclear as to requirements and fact that tests have been submitted but not showing up in state website. ACTION NEEDED: Operator has lab results of 2008 nitrates and 2009 coliform 3 quarters. They will submit to Clatsop County for forwarding to state. 2010 nitrate to be done ASAP. 4/9/10 Received lab confirmations on 2008 IOC including arsenic and nitrate, along with 3 quarters of 2009 coliform and 1st quarter 2010 coliform. 4/16/10 Mailed to the state. | ||
