Operator and Lorretta unclear as to requirements and fact that tests have been submitted but not showing on state website. ACTION NEEDED: Operator has lab results of 2008 nitrates and 2009 coliform 3 quarters. They will submit to Clatsop County for forwarding to state. 2010 nitrate and arsenic to get done. | ||
