Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I called Mr. Zimmer 3/9/10 to discuss the violations for not monitoring nitrates in 2009 and for missing the coliform in 3rd quarter 2009. He was unaware of the violations until the card from the state arrived. He thought maybe the samples were taken and not reported but after reviewing his files, found they had not been taken. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Zimmer has issued a public notice for failure to monitor for nitrate and coliform. Mr. Zimmer will make sure the samples are taken each quarter of operation for coliform and yearly for nitrate.
