| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Mr. Scott had nitrates for his facility taken in 2009 but he did not know the results had to be sent to the state. His laboratory did not send in results. He now knows the results must be sent in. ACTION NEEDED: The lab results have been sent to the state by the Klamath County staff. A public notice has been issued for the event it has also been sent to the state. | ||
