Details: SUMMARY: aesthetic issues DETAILS: A citizen is concerned with manganese staining and stagnant water issues. ACTION NEEDED: Re stangnant water concern:
Flush taps.
Verify blowoff on the deadend line, or install a new one.

Re Mn concern:
Work with City to determine if manganese is actually the cause of stainings.
Perhaps even work with City to resolve the issue.
