| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation for coliform DETAILS: Called Mr. Summers 4/5/10 to discuss the positive coliforms since February. He is quire frustrated and is making plans to chlorinate the system and hopefully solve this situation. Spoke to him at length about source water testing and the requirements of plan review and additional testing requirements when a system chlorinates. Gave Circuit Rider Program. At this point in time Mr. Summers does not plan to resample until a correction can be made. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample monthly schedule | ||
