Details:	SUMMARY: Public Notice Violation - notice sent to DWP in February DETAILS: Dick called to ask why a violation was issued for failure to send public notice. The violation is actually for the average TTHM concentration for 2009. Since only one sample was analyzed and reported in 2009, and that sample was over the MCL, the annual average was over the MCL. This triggered the violation issuance. ACTION NEEDED: Call Dick back to relay this message after verifying with DMCE.
