| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I spoke to Leo by phone. He said no repeat source samples were taken yet. I notified him that 5 repeat coliform samples need to be taken right away, today, from the source well. He said he will contact the lab and have them take the samples today. I told him to make sure there is 1.0ppm minimum or more chlorine residual at 1st user until we have test results back. I told him he will need to do a boil water notice to users right away if any of the repeat source samples comes back e-coli positive. ACTION NEEDED: Also take one additional one from the distribution system. | ||
