| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I attempted to contact operator Tom by phone. He was not working. I spoke with Bob who did not know anything about the well. I asked Bob to notify Tom Sager that the routine sample on March 23 was positive for coliform and 4 repeats need to be taken. He said he will call Tom and let him know. I asked him to have Tom call me. March 26, 2010 I spoke to Tom on the phone. I informed him of the alert and the required 4 repeats within 24 hours with one from the source and one from the site that failed. ACTION NEEDED: Needs to do 5 temporary routines the following month. | ||
