| Details: | I called Hans Feige from Olympic Forest Products and left a message about scheduling another Level 2 Coliform Investigation. The previous Level 2 Coliform Investigation, months ago, we determined positive coliform sample results seemed to be due to a leak in the water system, which was fixed and the coliform results showed as negative for a period of months. Regarding the most recent positive coliform sample result, Hans told me previously that there is another leak in the water system that is being fixed. The most recent coliform result we have is from mid-August and it is positive, so we can't determine that a most recent leak fix has solved the problem or not. So I left a message to schedule a second Level 2 Coliform Investigation for Olympic Forest Products. |
