| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert follow up DETAILS: The system had a sample sent in for testing that was marked both source and special. This sample was coliform positive. I called and discussed the labeling with both Michelle Vankleek and the operator. This sample will be logged as a ground water monitoring sample so repeat samples will not be necessary. I asked operator to not mark both source and special when submitting his samples. ACTION NEEDED: I contacted the operator and the system has to report regular quarterly bacteriological water sample prior to the end of the month. | ||
