| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: This is the second source sample taken from this site that was positive for coliform. This system tests quarterly and the sample that was taken on the same day that had a .134ppm residual was coliform negative. ACTION NEEDED: No follow up is needed since this is a source sample but I cautioned the operator that he should make sure that a good residual is found in the distribution at all times. | ||
