| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: There is a new operator at this system and some confusion happened when he filled out the paperwork for the past few samples that were reported. Follow up was delayed by oversight, it was literally buried on my desk. I did extensive follow up with the operator today and I think straightened out the testing for this operation. ACTION NEEDED: 3 temporary routines for April, Public Notice for coliform in March, re-label tests results for nitrate and April bacteriological. May want to reclassify Bobs Well to a seasonal source. Operator to let health department know. | ||
