| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I contacted operator because the system was late for reporting nitrates for 2009. During my background research I noticed they were late for other necessary tests. Operator looking into Rads, the only test listed tested for is Gross Alpha in 2003 and no detect was the result. Operator thought some of the nitrate tests had been done but may not have been reported. ACTION NEEDED: John will look into the records to see if they were done and not sent in. | ||
