| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: I contacted Cheryl by phone and informed her of the violation. She said the lab was suppose to send that in and apparently didnt. I gave her the fax # for the state and asked her to fax the 4th quarter 2009 total coliform test results. I also informed her of the public notice requirement and directed her to the state website to obtain a public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Fax in public notice | ||
