| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: I contacted Melvin by phone to inform hi of violation for failure to report 4 repeats for the positive Ecoli routine sample in January. He said the 4 repeats were taken on the 28th of 29th of January and sent to the lab. I reminded him the boil water notice is still in effect until the 4 repeats are found to be negative for Ecoli. ACTION NEEDED: Reminded him he needs to send in public notice to the state. He said he will send in to the state. | ||
