Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I left message on Melvins voice mail notifying him of the alert for positive coliform on the routine sample and the required 4 repeats with one of the repeats taken from the source. April 6, 2010 I spoke to Melvin on the phone and verified the received the above message to do 4 repeats. I informed him to do the 5 routines the following month. ACTION NEEDED: none
