| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform reporting DETAILS: February 5, 2010 I attempted to contact the operator. Left a message on voice mail. Feb 16, 2010 2nd attempt to contact operator. Left message to call me to discuss coliform samples following positive coliform test result. She need to do 5 temporary routines. Feb 23, Still no response from operator. I notified restaurant inspector of the violation. March 5, 2010 I spoke with Danielle and informed her of the violation. She is not sure if lab took the samples but will check with them and have then send them in. March 11, 2010 I spoke with Kandace Desmarais who said the lab failed to take 5 temporary routines.
