| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Called on 12/11/09 and informed Steve of the need to take four repeat samples after a positive sample. He had a positive sample in November but did not take the repeat samples. Also informed him the need for five temporary routine samples required in Dec. He was unable to take either samples. System took samples in January returning them to compliance January 25, 2010 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample on a monthly schedule | ||
