| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called and spoke with Tom and he mentioned he was in the process fo taking the 4 repeat samples. I asked him about the sample tap in class room 4. He mentioned it was a swivel faucet. I told him not to resample from that tap but find the closest adequate tap and then 3 others. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 4 repeats. | ||
