| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Called Jimmy and he mentioned two of the repeats were positive. One was from the well and the other at the clubhouse. I gave Jimmy information on how to disinfect the well and a copy of the public notice template. I informed him that 5 temporary routine samples were due next month. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention, public notice and temporary routines. | ||
