| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 4/1/10 positive. In speaking with Steve they are considering chlorinating the system for residual maintenance. Will send him formal letter detailing the need for plan review and required testing. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeats now and take 5 temporary routine samples in May.
