| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I called and spoke with Laura and she said there arsenic treatment system has been designed and is ready to be installed and they are waiting on the funding. She mentioned she was trying to get funding from the state revolving loan fund and has had help with the circuit rider program. Laura said she would follow up and let me know what the time frame is. I also reminded her to continue quarterly routine arsenic monitoring and to re issue the public notice and to forward me a copy. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to install approved arsenic treatment plan by 9/30/10 | ||
