| Details: | SUMMARY: Invalidate coliform results from 4/19/10 sample DETAILS: Lei hoped to get the recent coliform result invalidated and avoid the costs of the follow up sampling. Theyd prefer to invest in upgrading the spring soon followed by cleaning and disinfecting tank and lines. She explained the park faucets were posted as non potable water and some bottled water was available to visitors. I explained for consideration of invalidating results it would first be prudent to turn the water off to the public until upgrades were made. Although I could not guarantee the results would be invalidated at least turning the water off would eliminate any threat to health from the water. ACTION NEEDED: Lei said she would contact me when/if they turn off the water. I promised to mail her the letter for the most recent system survey. Paperwork completed designating Lei as the contact change. Lei anticipated at least one individual from the systems will attend the May 11 small water system operators class at the local community college. | ||
