| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Assistance DETAILS: System has a water system survey conducted 3/11/09 with many significant deficiencies identified. Assistance was requested for cross connection control, coliform sampling plan, O&M Manual and Emergency Response Plan (ERP). I reviewed and advised on developing a cross connection program, enabling authority and Annual Summary Report (ASR). I also assisted with coliform sampling plan development. The ERP was explained and how to complete the Small Water VA/ERP available on line. The O&M Manual was delayed ending owner decision on pursuing surface water full time. ACTION NEEDED: Assist with O&M Manual as requested. | ||
