| Details: | SUMMARY: OSHA approved ladder installed on storage reservoir DETAILS: A ladder was re-installed on the exterior of the storage reservoir April 3, 2010. The City Council had decided in 2008 to remove the previous ladder because it did not have a protective cage, and did not meet OSHA standards. The city plans to have the exterior of the reservoir re-painted this summer. The reservoir interior was inspected in 2004. Dan had received the plan review check list for the 2000 distribution project PR 185-2000. The engineering certification had never been completed by the engineer Jim McElligott. Dan will return the form to DWP indicating the project was completed. ACTION NEEDED: Project completion form (PR 185-2000) to be submitted by City. | ||
