Details:	SUMMARY: Reservoir Recommendations/Funding Assistance DETAILS: The system owns and operates a groundwater system that serves approximately 80 people through 35 connections. The system consists of a primary wells and a backup well. There are two aging reservoirs and the distribution system is two dead end 6 inch mains. One of the two water reservoirs has been taken out of service due to severe corrosion of the interior of the tank. The system contacted HBH requesting assistance with a geotechnical study and possible funding options. The system was informed that the geotechnical study was out of the scope of work for the Circuit Rider Program. The system then requested assistance with the plan review process. I traveled to the system to review location of proposed reservoir. I reviewed the requirements of DWP regarding plan review for water reservoirs. I reviewed potential funding sources and requirements of those funding source. At the request of the water system contact, I attended the board meeting to review the plan review and funding information. ACTION NEEDED: Assist system with Letter of Interest for SDWRLF, if requested.
