| Details: | While speaking with this system's operator, I learned that this system has not yet reached the required minimum population to qualify as a Public Water System. The system is engaged in plan review and is preparing to meet the requirements of an NTNC in the future. I am "deactivating" the system until their population becomes 10 or more. The system operator will contact me when the population is expected to increase. |
