| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Mr. Wing and he had taken one repeat sample on 4/13/10. I told him he needed to collect 4 more the following day, three from different spots in the distribution system and one at the source. Mr. Wing is aware that he shouldnt shock the well until he finds out the results of the 5 repeat samples and he needs to collect 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples. Collect 5 routine samples next month. | ||
