| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Called owner Clint and discussed missed 2009 nitrate as well a 3 missing coliforms quarters. He said he uses Pyxis but has a difficult time sampling as he lives in Salem. I gave him new number for Pyxis and he set it up for them to take all 4 quarterly coliform and annual nitrate automatically ACTION NEEDED: Get new 2010 nitrate results to the state ASAP and continue taking annually as well as quarterly coliform. | ||
