| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate violation follow up DETAILS: Called Diana and discussed missed 2009 nitrate. She had already forwarded info to new president Gordon Turpin and he contacted Pyxis and thinks nitrate samples was taken within last 4 or 5 days. She does not no why lab did not take nitrate sample. Coliform sampling is up to date. Will take nitrate sample 3/10. New contact Gordon Turpin 541-548-6541 ACTION NEEDED: Continued on time reporting for nitrate and coliform. I will change contact info on state database. | ||
