Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate violation follow up DETAILS: Received phone call from Ray regarding his violation notice. We discussed the nitrate as well as routine sampling. He also asked to be listed as the Direct Responsible Charge operator. Ray said he would contact the lab and take a nitrate ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Take nitrate for 2010 and get results to the state. Continue to take routine bacti and nitrate samples.
