Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Received call from new contact Jim. He asked to have the contact info changed to him. Discussed missing 2009 nitrate and he will contact lab and have 2010 taken ASAP. Discussed ongoing quarterly coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit 2010 nitrate and continue to take 4 quarterly coliform samples. Will need sanitary survey.
