Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: Called owner Kay and discussed missed 2009 nitrate. She had received the violation letter from the state and checked into it. Pyxis lab has been taking coliform but did not take annual nitrate in 2008 or 2009. Gave Kay Pyxis lab phone number to call and request nitrate sample for 2010 ACTION NEEDED: Get new nitrate results to the state and continue taking annually as well as quarterly coliform.
