| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Called operator Jim regarding missed 2009 nitrate. He said he had already called Pyxis lab and they simply didnt take the sample. He called them and they either have or will take 2010 nitrate ASAP. Discussed communicating often with labs to ensure results get to state. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2010 nitrate and get results to state. Continue taking quarterly coliform as well. | ||
