| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation follow up DETAILS: No 4th quarter 2009 coliform. Called system and they were unable to find their normal lab, Pyxis, last quarter 2009 as a result of the labs move. Operator was unaware of other labs. Lorrie will call lab and /or find an alternate lab and take 1st quarter 2010 coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Get results to state and continue routine sampling for coliform and nitrate. | ||
