| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: 4/12/10 Positive routine coliform. Called operator Tammy and she said some work had just been done on pump prior to sampling. We discussed chlorinating after work done. Umpqua Lab already took 4 repeats this morning including source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results to dictate any corrective action. 5 temporary routines needed in May. | ||
